While ago I filled the application form on Facebook. One construction company at a glance offered me an ideal living conditions and in the case of filling the form the company promised even more benefits and privileges. Several days later, I received a notice and a company invited me the sales office. I visited the office, was introduced to the conditions, saw a complex model, show rooms and just after 30 minutes I bought an apartment.

I frequently say that, so fast I have never bought even the shoes.

When I thought what was the most impressive for me in the project, I found out that everything was planned so that it seemed that someone knew about my life and tailored the project to me.

I am the mother of 3 children. When you are a mother and planning to buy an apartment first of all you take into the consideration the interests of your children. One is related with the entertainment and comfort and the second- the most important for me is ecologically clean environment, greenery and the nature. 

The complex is surrounded with 2 small forests. The noise of the highway and traffic jams does not reach the area, accordingly there is ecologically clean and calm environment. It was the main priority for me while choosing the apartment.

I went to the office with the children, just this day I could not leave children to anyone. When they saw the model with so many entertainments, green areas for the children, swimming pools, treadmills, pergolas and their eyes were brightened and shining, so this was the biggest push for the final decision. Here was everything that my 3 children were interested in. 

Addition to that my interest, that's entertainment zone with no moving automobiles and consequently I can work and be calm that the children will be protected. However, I still preferred to buy a unit with the windows in the yard, in order to be able for better surveillance.

Two of them go to the school, the youngest goes to the kindergarten. Despite of the fact that I have my own car, it’s a fantasy that I can take them and at least 2 of them are not late. That is why the fact, that in the complex will be kindergarten and the school is attracting me so much. At the same time, I can save my energy, time and nerves.

Imagine in the midday when you go to the swimming pool for the sunbath, visit the café to drink a cup of the coffee and after the joyful time you go to the kindergarten and take your child. What can be more joyful and luxurious?

It’s amazing that you can even spend your holidays in this kind of living complex. This is ALL INCLUDIVE environment for me.

Trust me, when someone thinks about your comfort and exactly the way you do, life is much more easy and beautiful.

My new address is: New Tbilisi, Green Diamond residential complex, E block, 5th floor, apartment N 33.
