From now on it is possible to purchase Green Diamond apartments in GEL

The MAQRO Construction company, one of the largest investors on the Georgian market starts selling apartments in the national currency of Georgia. The ongoing outstanding project ‘Green Diamond’ future residents will be able to purchase flats in GEL.

As Georgian people receive their salaries in GEL, high dollarization creates many problems for the consumer today. The new offer has appeared on the agenda as social-economic conditions in the country were taken into consideration. 

The new offering will simplify the procedures of purchasing real estate for our consumer. We have decided to provide our consumers with such an offer which is quite affordable. The condition will help the consumer avoid many financial problems. The exchange rate has been teetering for recent period in Georgia. The Georgian GEL, as a rule, will start devaluation against the dollar by the New Year. Payment terms are extremely tailored to the customers:10% - first payment, 30% of the total amount is distributed for 30 months, so it means that customers are paying only 1% monthly. When the construction is completed customers need to pay delivery payment - 60%. Potential clients are offered 15% discount if they pay the full amount. The more down payment customer pays; the more discount is offered from MAQRO Construction. 
The consumer will receive fully renovated flats which a square meter costs 799 USD in Green Diamond. Customers are free from any additional payments in case of internal credit.
