"Maqro Construction" starts construction and sales of the third stage of the residential complex - "Green Diamond". The third stage starts with construction of blocks A and B. There will be a total of 106 apartments located in the two blocks. The area of apartments starts from 44 sq.m. and the largest apartments will be around 243 sq.m.
Please note that on the third stage, the company offers customers a choice of options - one block will be fully renovated apartments and the other one will be offered for sale as a nonrenovated. This flexibility of choice will provide our customers the opportunity to select the option that’s most suitable for them.
The 3rd stage totally consists of 11 blocks and contains all the benefits that the residents of the first and second stages of "Green Diamond" enjoy: outdoor swimming pool, treadmills and walking paths, children's playground, exercise and recreation areas and a green yard.
